LAST CHANCE TO ENTER YOUR
ARTWORK FOR THE OCAG LIBRARY SHOW
DEADLINE IS 9 PM ON SEPT 30th

Artwork by the Members of the OCAG at Ocean County Library.

There is a 2-piece limit, with a size restriction of no larger than 24” high or wide. Prices will not appear on the labels of works shown (Library Policy), although the library will contact us for follow-up if someone is interested in purchasing a work.
Important Note: This year we will NOT have the glass cases – so 3D work will not be accepted.

Please supply submission(s) by Monday September 30.

Drop off your artwork at the LIBRARY (101 Washington Street, Toms River on the Second Floor) on Wednesday, October 2nd. There are TWO drop off times — 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. 

The exhibit will run from Wednesday, October 2nd until Tuesday, October 29th.

Pick up of work will be at the LIBRARY on Tuesday, October 29th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 5:00pm to 6:00 pm.

TAKE NOTE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: The Library has informed us that they will only insure individual art works at a maximum of $500. NOTE: the insurance value is not necessarily the same as the price. It is a reasonable estimate of the value of the artwork. The library will maintain a list of prices for visitor inquiries, but the label for each work WILL NOT include the price (per library policy) DISCLAIMER: The Ocean County Artists Guild will make every effort to protect all artwork but is not responsible for theft or damage.
