GUIDELINES: The artist agrees that any work submitted is original and if mounted will be supported by wire and not saw tooth hangers. Gallery wrapped pieces will be accepted providing that they are at least 1 ½” thick with finished edges. PLEASE NOTE: The gallery agrees to make every reasonable effort to protect the artist’s work while it is in its possession but does not assume any responsibility for damage or theft. However, you may consider taking out your own short-term insurance. The artist understands and agrees that work not claimed after 90 days becomes the property of the OCAG and will be disposed of at the option of the gallery.

The parties to this contract agree that New Jersey Sales Tax will be collected by the gallery on all sales made during the exhibit and that the gallery will receive a 25% commission based on the sale’s price. Entering your name below constitutes permission to display your image in advertising and that you have read and agree to the terms explained above. *
